If you registered by filling in an application form, you should have received a temporary password to access www.emirateshighstreet.com or www.skywards.com. If you have not received this, you can choose to have it emailed to you (available only if you provided an email address at time of enrolment), or you can call your nearest Skywards service centre to arrange delivery of this temporary password.
